Would recommend for a weekend excursion

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where the staff made sure my needs were met while providing me with great service, which made my stay enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenient laundry facilities for managing my clothes during the trip.

The room was reasonably clean and quiet, perfect for a little getaway. The location was nice, providing a bit of peace away from the hustle and bustle. Had a roomy king suite, which was comfy enough!

However, the check-in was slow enough to make a tortoise look speedy. And when I asked for washcloths, I think they must've sent a carrier pigeon instead!

Towels too small.

oh, where do I start? no middle curtains? really? and the towels were way too small, like, who needs that? I also expected a complimentary gesture for all my trouble, but apparently, I’m just another guest here. breakfast was tragically bland. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. big disappointment.

This was a great fit for a brief retreat in Arkansas City with value for price. The staff were friendly and responsive, making my stay more pleasant. Bring your own washcloths if you like having extras.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a microwave in the room to heat up snacks late at night. There was a cozy TV lounge and a nice little library where I could chill. The only downside was the breakfast options could be more varied, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

The King Room was spacious and had a cozy corner where I could relax with a good book. The bathroom featured a tub which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, having a microwave made it convenient to heat up snacks anytime during my stay.

The curtains didn't provide enough privacy at night.

The breakfast offered tasty biscuits and gravy, alongside yogurt and a selection of drinks, setting a pleasant tone for the day. While the check-in process was friendly, the experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness in the room, particularly in the bathroom, which could have used more attention. Additionally, some amenities felt outdated, diminishing the overall comfort of the stay.

The business center was well-equipped and facilitated my work needs efficiently, providing fast internet and printing capabilities. Laundry facilities were convenient and well-maintained, making it easy to manage my week's attire. The 24-hour front desk staff was responsive and attended to my inquiries promptly.

The cleanliness of the room was below expectation.
